Too Many Cookies!

I wanted to make something special to bring to my parents' house over the holidays.  After searching several different sites online, I found the inspiration for this cake.  Loved it!

The chimney is chocolate and vanilla layers filled and iced with buttercream.  Santa is chocolate cake covered in fondant with cereal treat legs and boots.  The accents (bricks and belt) are also fondant.

Christmas Gift

This was for a friend from work for a holiday party.

Red velvet cake filled and iced in buttercream and then covered in fondant.  The bow is gum paste.
