Flowers & Cake Design Final Cake

This past spring, I took the Wilton Flowers & Cake Design class at JoAnn's.  This was the cake that I made on the final night the class.  I was so excited to learn how to do the basketweave!

Butter Pecan cake with Bavarian creme filling, iced and decorated with buttercream.  The flowers were made with royal icing.
