Meet Henry the Turkey

My mother-in-law requested a cake for Thanksgiving and this cute little guy just came to life.  When she came to pick up the cake, she decided that he looked like a Henry.

Butter pecan cake filled and iced in buttercream and covered in chocolate marshmallow fondant.  The neck/head/face and feathers are made of modeling chocolate.
